At VIT X LABS, we are committed to processing and delivering orders efficiently and
reliably. Please review the following shipping terms carefully.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one 2-3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after standard business hours may be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery times may vary based on:
● Geographic location
● Carrier availability
● Weather conditions
● Seasonal demand
● Customs inspections (if applicable)

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
● Destination
● Selected shipping method
● Package weight and dimensions

4. Risk of Loss & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

VIT X LABS is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:
● Courier service disruptions
● Customs holds
● Incorrect address information provided by the customer
● Natural disasters or force majeure events

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to
incorrect address details may incur additional shipping fees.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Please
include:
● Order number
● Detailed description of the issue
● Clear photographs of the packaging and contents

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
