Description
IGF-1 LR3 (Long R3 Insulin-like Growth Factor-1) is a synthetic analog of human IGF-1 in which glutamic acid at position 3 is replaced by arginine, and a 13-amino-acid extension is added to the N-terminus. These modifications significantly reduce binding to IGF-binding proteins (IGFBPs), resulting in enhanced bioavailability and prolonged activity compared to native IGF-1. Published research has investigated its role in cell proliferation, myogenesis, glucose uptake, and anabolic signaling via the PI3K/Akt and MAPK pathways. This 1mg lyophilized preparation is intended strictly for in vitro research and laboratory investigation. Not for human consumption.
