1. General Policy
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for: ● Change of mind ● Ordering errors ● Improper handling or misuse ● Opened or used products
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive: ● A damaged product ● A defective product ● An incorrect item
You must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery. Your claim must include: ● Order number ● Description of the issue ● Photographic evidence
Upon review, we may, at our discretion: ● Provide a replacement ● Issue a store credit ● Offer a refund in rare cases where replacement is not possible
3. Non-Delivery
Refunds may be considered only if: ● The order was not delivered due to an error on our part ● The carrier confirms loss in transit ● The claim is submitted promptly
